Top successes in 2025:
- We led the coalition — under the Clean & Equitable Transportation Campaign — that was at the center of the effort to pass a comprehensive transit funding and reform package, to the tune of over $1.5 billion annually!
- Millions of dollars were dedicated for safe streets infrastructure in 2025. Early in 2025 Active Transportation Alliance advocated for and won more than $800 million in new local bond funding for capital projects in Chicago.
- The trail network throughout the Chicago region continues to grow and become more connected.
