Active Trans will again partner with NeighborSpace, Chicago’s urban land trust, to bring you a bike ride that celebrates conscious dining and the diversity of Chicago’s neighborhoods while emphasizing the ease of getting around by bicycle.The menus are vegan – entirely plant-based and exclusive of meat, fish, dairy products, eggs and other animal products.
