Bike Valet - Reach thousands of cyclists at Chicago events throughout the summer.

Bike the Drive – Our signature event opens a car-free Lake Shore Drive to 20,000 bicyclists. Participants spend the morning biking for miles and then stroll through a post-ride festival.

Bike to Work Week – This weeklong event celebrates the two-wheeled commute. Interact face-to-face with participants at Bicycle Commuter Stations throughout the region. Be green and involve your employees through the Bike Commuter Challenge

Boulevard Lakefront Tour – Thousands of participants bike through Chicago’s historic boulevard system and beautiful green space, designed by Daniel Burnham a century ago. They then enjoy the early days of autumn at the post-ride festival on Chicago’s famous Midway Plaisance. Each year a success!

Open Streets – Streets are transformed into parks for residents to walk, bike and play along a car-free route. Participants get a flavor of Chicago neighborhoods and get some exercise at the same time. See details from last year’s event.

International Walk and Bike to School Day - Energize schools and children to get physically active during their trips to and from school through a mini-grant program. Sponsors participate in the grant selection process and a Walk and Bike to School Day event at a winning school.
