E-mail- TERMS: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- ORDER PLACEMENT: All orders must be placed through our website, www.activetrans.org. Inquiries about bulk or special orders can be directed to info@activetrans.org.
- RETURNS: Active Trans will accept in-person returns of any unused merchandise.
- SHIPPING: We ship primarily through the United State Postal Service, but we can also ship via FedEx, UPS or bike courier. Each item we sell has a fixed rate shipping cost that will be added to the total cost of the item. You can also pick up your merchandise from the Active Trans office. Just be sure to notify us when placing the order.
