Active Transportation Alliance Privacy Policy

This statement discloses the privacy policy of the Active Transportation Alliance. Active Transportation Alliance reserves the right to collect Personal Information from visitors to the domains activetrans.org, bikethedrive.org, bikecommuterchallenge.org, and fourstarbiketour.org, pedbikecrashsupport.org.

“Personal Information” is any information that allows one person to be identified or contacted by another, including — but not limited to — information about or relating to that person’s name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

VISITOR CONSENT

By visiting our Web Sites, you give Active Transportation Alliance permission to process your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy.

Active Transportation Alliance sometimes contracts with external companies to gather this information, as in the case of event registration, each of which has their own privacy policy governing the use of Personal Information.

Activetrans.org, bikethedrive.org, bltride.org, pedbikecrashsupport.org and bikecommuterchallenge.org all contain links to outside Web sites. Active Transportation Alliance is not accountable for the privacy practices of other sites.
