Governor Announces Transportation Enhancements Projects
Today Gov. Pat Quinn announced $20 million in grants for 27 communities through the Transportation Enhancements program.
We are very excited with the geographic diversity of the projects and the new opportunities for walking and biking. Active Trans supported succesful applications in DuPage County for a bike/ped path and in Lake County for the Deerfield Road Bike Path.
