Support better biking, walking and transit

DID YOU KNOW?

Between 2006 and 2012, people driving cars hit nearly 19,000 children who were walking or biking in Illinois, and 54 percent of those children were hit within one block of a school.

Overview

Downtown Chicago is one of the largest central business districts in the world, with more than half a million people commuting to work in and around the Loop every day.

But the downtown area is also home to thousands of residents that are passionate about making it safe and easy to walk, bike, and use transit in their neighborhoods.
