Come play in your neighborhood!

Open Streets is transforming streets and entire communities throughout Chicagoland by giving that space to residents to celebrate, walk, bike, dance and play in their neighborhood.

Open Streets is part of the ciclovia movement that is spreading throughout the world and reaching U.S. cities like Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Portland. Ciclovias open the streets to neighbors for biking, walking, dancing, playing and more!

We are excited to help you bring Open Streets to your community. Open Streets events bring a vibrancy and enthusiasm to neighbors and friends by temporarily allowing only people on certain streets. The benefits of Open Streets reaches far beyond a single event.
