Calling in reinforcements
Congratulations to the Citizen's Police of Flossmoor. Nine officers learned the essentials of crossing children and adults. The Flossmoor police department will use these officers as back up crossing guards for school and to assist with festivals in the community.

Greening up our economy
A roundtable Sept. 14 will be a chance for you to learn about saving your tax dollars through transit benefits. Participants include Chicago Ald. Manuel Flores and RTA Director Stephen Shlickman. The event will be downtown Chicago at the Omni Hotel from 8-10 a.m. Find out more details and RSVP here
