Second City to none on a car-free Lake Shore Drive

Reserve your spot to experience a bicycling utopia in the world’s most famous city.

The ninth annual Bank of America Bike the Drive, May 24, 2009, brings you along Chicago’s celebrated lakefront on a car-free Lake Shore Drive.

Have fun and support our work with the Gold Package – $75 for a one-year membership, registration to Bank of America Bike the Drive and registration to the Boulevard Lakefront Tour on Sept. 13, 2009.

The 15-miles of Lake Shore Drive will bring 20,000 participants along Chicago’s legendary lakefront, passing by city memories like the site of the 1893 World’s Fair and Barack Obama’s history-making presidential moment.

Breeze through lush Lincoln and Burnham parks. Gaze at sparkling Lake Michigan as you come together with friends, family and other bicyclists to experience Chicago in a new way.

Don’t forget to stop by the post-ride festival in Grant Park’s Butler Field. It will feature an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for $7 from Goose Island, live entertainment and giveaways from event sponsors.
