Thousands join the celebration of bike commuting for 2010 Bike to Work Week
Get rolling for the annual celebration of bike commuting. Bike to Work Week June 12-18. During this week, Chicagoland commuters have a reason to celebrate all the health and environmental benefits of the two-wheeled commute.
The Active Transportation Alliance is hosting dozens of Bike Commuter Stations in Chicago and the suburbs to cheer on bicycle commuters as they head to work. Bike commuters will be rewarded each morning with free coffee, a snack, and other goodies.

Suburban bike commuters can enjoy Bike After Work parties on Thursday in Oak Forest, Oak Lawn, and Homewood where they can grab free drinks and special deals for biking to the party. See below for details on the Bike After Work parties.
