Active Trans wants your vote for a $25,000 donation from Chicago Whole Foods Market
Donation will support Bike to Work Week celebrations, encouragement and giveaways
Active Transportation Alliance is competing to win a donation from the five Chicago Whole Foods Market stores. You can help by visiting any of the five Chicago stores from March 9 through 23, and casting your vote for Active Trans. Just ask for a Chicago Green Giveaway ballot from any cashier.
Vote early and vote often for Active Trans! One vote allowed per person, per visit. No purchase is necessary, but, of course, you are welcome to grab a delicious snack or sack full of groceries while in the store.
Active Trans will direct any donation we receive from Whole Foods Market to our Bike to Work Week program, held June 11-17. Our Bike to Work Week campaign encourages more companies, businesses and nonprofits to champion bike commuting within their organizations.
“A vote for Active Trans at Chicago Whole Foods Markets is a vote for a fantastic Bike to Work Week,” said Ron Burke, executive director of Active Trans. “Show your support for more fun during Bike to Work Week, more coffee and more giveaways for Chicagoland bike commuters.”
Cast your votes for Active Trans through March 23 at any of the following Whole Foods Market locations.
• Gold Coast—30 W. Huron St.
• Halsted and Waveland—3640 N. Halsted St.
• Lakeview—3300 N. Ashland Ave.
• Lincoln Park—1550 N. Kingsbury St.
• South Loop—1101 S. Canal St.
