What: Homewood Green Streets Open House Tour
Where: Martin Avenue and Kroner Ln. (one block east and one block south from the Homewood Metra Station - bring your bike by train!)
When: 10 a.m.- 1 p.m., June 19, 2010.

Details about the event:

• The tour begins and ends at the Downtown Homewood Art and Garden Street Fair on historic Martin Avenue at Kroner Lane.
• Leisurely tour a mapped route through Homewood with other home buyers, led by cycling experts from the Active Transportation Alliance.
• Real estate agents will host showings at each stop, and “score cards” will include listing info for each house so you can follow up on your favorite homes.
• Maps will highlight up to five homes from $85,000 to $250,000 currently on the market, as well as village parks, schools and amenities. Total tour time: 2-3 hours
