Join Chicago SIerra Club for a leisurely 30 mile bike along Lake Michigan's southern shoreline from the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore area, through Michigan City and to the Michiana Shores state border. This general location is one of the most eco-diverse areas in the midwest. We will refresh with lunch on the beach and enjoy a leisurely wade/swim in Lake Michigan when the water is as warm as it gets! While re-tracing our route, we will scale and learn about the receding Mount Baldy, and possibly take an ice cream break along our journey back. Limit is 25 participants. More info ...
