Carol Stream Bikes, the advocacy group for residents and bicyclists living in and traveling through Carol Stream, is holding a Bicycle Network Brainstorming Meeting in conjunction with the Carol Stream Park District's Earth Day Cleanup Event. The open-ended meeting will take place in Armstrong Park from 2:30 PM until at least 4:30 PM -- look for the Bike Route signs! You don't have to be there the whole time to participate.
