Bike to Metra comes to Northbrook on June 15

Start your day right – Bike to the Northbrook Metra station 6-9 a.m. June 15, and get your bike safety check-up before heading off to work. In honor of Bike to Work Week, June 13-19, the George Garner Cyclery and the non-profit Active Transportation Alliance are teaming up to give bike commuters free bike safety check-ups and goody bags at the Metra station, located at 1401 Shermer Road.  Bike to Metra is part of Bike to Work Week, which celebrates a happy, healthy, two-wheeled commute.
