Keeping Kids Safe from the Wrong Dangers

Wonderful piece in the New York Times today on the most common dangers for kids today, and how parents are largely blind to them. It's another piece of information I'll constantly recount in my head, like mental worry beads, as I watch my 11-year old bike or walk down our suburban street and out of sight, on her way to the thrift shop or to pick up my dry cleaning.
