I rode the Trail tonight, Wednesday, 2/10 (~9pm) from Belmont north to Ardmore and in spite of all the recent snow, the trail was in really good shape. The Trail had been plowed and heavily salted and except for just a few minor spots, was in much better shape than many of the side streets that I also rode tonight. Kudos to the Park district for their quick work on making the Trail a great option after a lot of fresh snowfall.

2/19 Lakefront
I rode from Fullerton to Promontory Point today. A little muddy at Fullerton and still icy around Oak Street bend, but both were manageable. Still considerable ice/snow between Oak Street and Ohio, but was able to negotiate it slowly.
2/15 Lakefront
Oak Street to Ohio is still no good - rode it this morning but opted for the inner drive tonight. The rest of the path is in really good shape though.
Lake front 2/11
rode in this morning from Hollywood to Columbus. Everything was great except the curve at Ohio, so much snow, even sidewalk along LSd was super snowy, recommend getting off at Ped way using east lake shore, and cutting back at the bridge
