Chicago Masters' Big Shoulders 5K & 2.5K Open Water Swim Classic, Ohio Street Beach, 8am-Noon

Cookie Classic 5K, Grant Park, Step off 9am

Red Bull Flugtag, North Avenue Beach, 11am-4pm

Run for Relief/Walk for the World 5K/8K, Burnham Park, 7am-1pm

Walk for Lupus Now, Lincoln Park-Grove 2, Step off 10am

Sunday, September 9

Chicago Half Marathon & 5K, 31st Street to La Rabida map here, Step off 7am

Chicago Walk to End Alzheimer's, Lincoln Park-Grove 16, 6am-1pm
