Berwyn celebrates bikes and bungalows

Bungalow Appreciation Week will be celebrated in Berwyn on May 5 with a community bike ride featuring new bicycle routes and vintage homes.

At intermittent stops along a leisurely, five-mile circuit, docents will discuss the rich history of several bungalows and recent projects to improve bicycling and walking in Berwyn. Post-ride activities in the city's Depot District will cap the event.

Advanced registration is recommended through Berwyn's City of Homes Organization. More information is also available through the City's Active Transportation Committee.
