Support the Barrington Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan

On Tuesday, September 11, Barrington's Plan Commission will consider the approval of the village's Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan.

Let the village know the importance of having a plan that will help create a cohesive system of bikeways and walkways throughout the village. If you walk or bike in Barrington, please attend to show your support.

Barrington Village Board Approves Bike Plan

The Village Board voted last night to approve the bike/pedestrian plan. Means more education, infrastructure, and overall focus on safety. Great work by the Village Bike and Ped Advisory Committee and others who provided input. Thanks to the Planning Commission and the Board for their approval of the plan. Excited about the changes this plan will bring!

Barrington plan passes committee-Village Bd vote Sept 24

The Planning Commission unanimously passed the Bike Plan tonight. Set for vote by Village Board on Sept 24.
