Active Trans presents four delectable Bike & Dine routes that bring you to local treasures and delicious fare.The Suburban Bike & Dine tours the sights of the West and South Suburbs and celebrates to fun and ease of getting around by bike while sampling from local eateries. Each ride is different and the pace is a leisurely 10-12 mph.
Registration for each event is $50. Helmets and bicycles are required.
July 24, 2010 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
20-mile route
Begins and ends at the Brookfield Zoo (3300 Golf Road, Brookfield)
From there, we will travel to these restaurants
August 21, 2010 11:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Registration at 10:30am)
The ride is produced in conjunction with the Fox Valley Bicycle and Ski Club
